Peel off the ash gourd.
Cut the pieces in triangular shape.
Now boiled in simple water until the transparent.
In a pan add sugar, green food colour and water for sugar syrup boil it.
Now ash gourd pieces boiled in sugar syrup.
In a bowl add gulkand, chopped dry fruits, paan bahar and mix well.
Now fill the triangular shapes with gulkand mix.
Fold it and close with chopped almond.
Now garnish with silver varak and serve it.
